Meet Danny & Martin.
At Manny Dartin, our inspiration to open this restaurant is deeply rooted in the cherished memories of Martin, who was not only the uncle of the owner but also the best friend of Danny. Martin served as the spark that ignited our passion for hospitality. His warm and welcoming demeanor, coupled with Danny's friendship, created an environment filled with laughter and joy. Although they are no longer with us, their enduring humor, vibrant character, and kind nature continue to shape the very essence of Manny Dartin. In their honor, we strive to embody the spirit they brought to our lives, making their legacy a driving force behind the heart and soul of our establishment
